Group classes don't work for everyone - if you want a 100% private lesson, custom-tailored to your interests, then we've got you!

Private lessons are an excellent way to get custom-tailored education, and keep your private life - well, private! Private lessons are custom built for your specific needs, and can cover a variety of topics. They are typically held in-person at our studio in Burlington, MA, but can sometimes be held on Zoom video chat!

Rope bondage, sometimes called Shibari, is the art and practice of tying the body with rope. This could be yourself, or your partner. Rope has been gaining popularity in recent years, and explores similar themes as somatic grounding, meditation, and other mental health benefits! It's also a fun way to keep your romantic life with your partner new and exciting!

Safety and how to prevent injury
Warm ups and cool downs
Specific patterns/ moves to tie yourself or your partner
Technical rope-handling skills
Tools and gear (we provide this if you don't have your own)
